Before any product leaves our facility, it undergoes a stringent aging test process to ensure long-term reliability and performance consistency. Our aging tests simulate real-world operational scenarios, including prolonged usage, extreme environmental conditions, and sustained load pressures, to validate each gate's durability and stability.
First Layer - Surface Protection: A high-density plastic film is carefully applied to the product surface, forming a transparent barrier that shields against scratches, dust, and minor abrasions during handling. This layer preserves the aesthetic finish and functional integrity of critical components.
Second Layer - Impact Resistance: The product, now covered in plastic film, is wrapped in bubble wrap to absorb shocks and vibrations. The air-filled bubbles create a cushioning effect, minimizing the risk of damage from sudden impacts or rough transportation.
